Learn to Swim

The Sailing Academy located in Savannah Sound is available for all the local youth.  A prerequisite is that the participants are able to swim. However, we have discovered that many of our youth can not swim.  Therefore, it is our goal to get more youth proficient in swimming.

We are currently recruiting qualified volunteer instructors, swimming pools in the various communities, and youth that their families are interested in them learning to swim.

If you have a child ages 6-13 years old and want them to learn to swim for free please subscribe to register your child.

​

When classes in your area are organized you will be notified to enroll.

​

In addition, we will be offering supervised swimming at Savannah Sound on Sat. AM for children to play, enjoy the water and practice their new skills.
